MEET YOUR BAKER
Food can mean so many things to us as individuals and within our culture. For me, it means comfort, it means celebration, but it also means fuel...often times, it just depends on the time of day and how I'm feeling in that exact moment.
I have spent about ten years working in hospitality in ways of serving and front of house. Within those ten years, I spent a great deal of it working alongside leading industry professionals (chefs, managers, and owners) in New York City; learning all about hospitality and the food industry.
I love when I can bring a dish to a party for friends and family, and see their eyes light up with excitement knowing that I brought my famous cookies, I tried a new brownie recipe, or a new dish that pairs nicely with a fresh cup of coffee or an after dinner drink.
Aside from baking, my other passion is for the theater. I'm a working actor and teacher; holding a BA in theater performance from DeSales University, a certificate from The British American Drama Academy, and an MFA in acting from Florida State/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training.
I'm happy to return to the Berks County area to join a community of food lovers, and serve them with passion, care, and eagerness for where the journey leads me.
